  • Carse of Gowrie Historic Orchards Forum – aims to encourage the safeguarding and maintenance of the old traditional orchards, together with the creation of new orchards and fruit tree plantings,  plus the appreciation and revived use of the orchard habitats and their fruit.

  • The Central Core Network –  set up to promote the revival of orchards and local fruit varieties in central and northern Scotland

  • Children’s Orchard – The Children’s Orchard is helping our children  to create delicious and enjoyable places for them to play, learn and grow healthy food. The orchards we are planting are for the enjoyment of the whole community, old and young. We have planted in parks, schools, gardens, community gardens and hospitals across the country.

  • Clyde Valley Orchards – aim to provide a resource of information on the orchards of the Clyde Valley. It is a network of local people who are interested in finding ways to make more of the local orchards.

  • Forth Valley’s Orchards – The Fruit Futures Project 2015/2016, funded by the Central Scotland Green Network Development Fund, is aiming to ensure orchard sustainability, and is working with 17 community groups, businesses and school leaders in areas of multiple deprivation and/ or near areas of vacant & derelict land.

  • The Orchard Data Project is set up to record and interpret information on orchards and fruit trees.

  • Orchard Revival – Website of Orchard Research & Enterprise (ORE), a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. Aims to help the wider community to recognise the multiple benefits and value of orchards; local food, culture and social, health and wellbeing, heritage and history, economic, and biodiversity; inform the wider community about the culture, heritage and history of local orchards, old and traditional varieties, and traditional practices and knowledge; help promote the revival of traditional orchards in Scotland for the benefit of the public at large.

  • The Newburgh Orchard Group – Based in the Royal Burgh of Newburgh in Fife. Local fruit picking and sale of fruit from private orchards. Fruit tree pruning and grafting workshops, fruit recipes. Works with children and schools and has created a school community orchard.

  • Scottish Orchards Group – Scottish Orchards is a network designed to bring together useful information and to help people develop their own community orchards, share information with others across the country and help create a Fruitful Scotland. Supplies trees and also packs to schools.

  • Scottish Fruit Trees – Supplies hardy and delicious fruit trees, nuts and soft fruit to suit Scotland, North England, Wales and Ireland.

  • Plants and apples – A family business in Perthshire. “Appletreeman” propagates and sells hardy, heritage pear, plum and apple  fruit trees selected for the Scottish climate.
